Indian Falls Chalets is open all year-round and comes fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our chalets are are self-serve, self-contained vacation chalets with complete privacy.

Rates:
Riverfront Chalets
Sunday - Thursday:
$199- $329+HST/per day
Friday & Saturday: $249- $329HST/per day

Forest Chalet
Sunday - Thursday:
$199- $329 +HST/per day
Friday & Saturday: $249- $329+HST/per day

We require a valid credit card to secure your reservation at the time of booking. A deposit for the first nights booking will be charged to that credit card when you book plus any additional charges acquired during your stay, upon check-out.

For bookings of MORE than four people per chalet we require that you contact us at 709-673-3227 or 709-486-8463 for further details.

There is a 2 night minimal required on weekends as well as for the month of July and August.

There will be an extra charge of $25 per person + HST per night for a booking of more than four people to a maximum of six people per chalet.

Early check-in or late check-out is based on availability. If available there will be a charge of $50 that will cover up to a maximum of four hours starting at noon.

All Chalets are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 + HST will be charged to your credit card if not in compliance.

Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.

All animals, with the exception of certified service animals are not permitted on the premises. Allowing animals of any kind in your chalet will result in a minimum $300 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.

Children MUST be supervised at all times by an adult/guardian while staying at our chalets. 

Check-in from 4 PM to 8:30 PM ( If you will be later please call our office at 709-673-3227 )

Check-out is between 10:30 - 11 AM

Total reservation will be charged to credit card for a no show.

Covid-19

Due to the enormous amount of cancellations due to Covid-19, at this time we are offering rebooking options only. Any existing reservations can be rebooked until the end of 2021 at no additional cost. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancellations

We are so excited you booked with us and understand from time to time that life happens. We have developed a cancellation policy that we feel best serves our guests.

 

For a full refund less a $35 booking fee 30 days notice is required for a reservation cancellation during our peak season (May 1-Oct 31)

 

There is 7 days notification required in our off season (Nov1- April 30)

 

 48 hours notification of a cancellation or less the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Should there be a formal advisory from the RCMP advising motorists to stay off the roads due to weather a full refund minus a $35 booking fee will be refunded.

 

There will be no refund for an early check out.

 

Group bookings of multiple chalets requires 30 days notice of cancellation. The group cancellation policy will be discussed at the time of the booking.
